Together, we’ll work on cultivating respect for your body, no matter its size, shape, or how it feels day to day. This includes tuning into the body’s signals like hunger, fullness, and digestive comfort with curiosity. We’ll move away from harsh self-criticism and toward practices that support dignity, care, and compassion for the body.
Relationship with Food
I’ll help you untangle years of diet culture and rebuild trust with food. This process often supports digestive healing too, since reducing stress around eating can help calm the gut and ease symptoms. We’ll focus on reducing guilt, finding more freedom in your choices, and discovering what feels nourishing, comfortable, and satisfying for you.
Non-diet Nutrition
Instead of restrictive rules, we’ll use a non-diet approach that prioritizes flexibility and balance. You’ll learn practical ways to support digestion and overall well-being through consistent nourishment, variety, and gentle curiosity. The goal is to care for your whole self while enjoying the foods you love without shame.
Rates
Although I do not accept insurance, I'm happy to provide a superbill at the end of your session for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
Initial session
We’ll lay the groundwork by going over your health history, your relationship with food, and your goals so I can get a full picture of your needs. From there, we’ll begin creating a plan that feels supportive and realistic for you.
60 mins | $200
Follow-up session
We’ll focus on building momentum and providing ongoing support. We’ll check in on your progress, work through challenges, and add tools that help you feel more confident and at ease around food.
45 mins | $150
