I work with adolescents and adults of all ages, tailoring support to your stage of life and unique relationship with food.

No referral is required to begin nutrition counseling. You can reach out directly to schedule a session. If you’d like to use insurance, some plans may ask for documentation from your doctor, but I can guide you through that process if needed. Many clients start on their own without a referral, especially if they’re looking for support with intuitive eating, disordered eating, or improving their relationship with food.

All sessions are virtual on a secure video platform. You’ll get a private link to join easily from home, work, or even a dorm room.

It depends on your needs. Many clients start weekly or biweekly, then space out sessions as they feel more confident.
